My habbits dont really support my time, due to all the things I have to do. Time is scary for me and it never stops,so it keeps going and every minute there is we get closer and closer to death. So I need to fix my habits for things i want to do and work my way up to my goal.
I guess its to focus on yourself and how your actions, thoughts, or emotions do or don't align with your internal standards. H opepunk is as much a mood and a spirit ... and optimism and even emotion itself.
